ITINERARY

Day 1: Thursday, December 17, 2020 Laurel High School 8000 Cherry Ln, Laurel, MD 20707

Principal: Michael Dinkins Phone: 301-497-2050

Between 350- to 400-Food & Resource Relief Packages

  • 9:30 – 3pm Drop off event signage & materials for the day; and canvas the area for most plausible operational flow of traffic, staging areas, TBD hospitality parking areas, etc.

    Day 2: Friday, December 18, 2020 St. Paul Towne Centre Athletic Republic Capitol Region & St. Paul Church 6417 Marlboro Pike, District Heights, Maryland 20747 Athletic Republic Capitol Region’s Cafeteria & Kitchen Area

  • 3:30 – 5pm Set-up and prep area for COVID19 Temperature Screening of Volunteers, sign-in area, assembly, packaging, staging, loading of select food packages, resource materials, marketing, etc. for and resources materials for the students, families, and communities to be distributed the following day.

  • 5:30pm General “Welcome” to all volunteers (i.e., screening, sign-in, etc.) and provide various instructions to each person, by team captains as to the various comprehensive assignments involved to be accomplished within a specific time.

  • 6pm – 9pm Assemble all designated resource and relief packages and load them on the U-Haul truck, i.e., along with other logistical equipment, devices and materials

  • 9pm – 11pm Store, stage & secure the U-Haul in safe and secure area Note: All Volunteers are to report to the SPC Area to the left to be tested, sign-in & issued personal protective equipment (PPEs), i.e., if needed.

    Day 3: Saturday, December 19, 2020 Laurel High School 8000 Cherry Ln, Laurel, MD 20707 Principal: Michael Dinkins Phone: 301-497-2050 Between 350- to 400-Food & Resource Relief Packages

  • 7am – 10:15am Set-up all logistical layout, flows, staging areas, parking area, directional signage, distribution flow (3- to 4-stations), hospitality station, volunteer screening station, data collection team prep and process initiated, etc.

    NEEDS:

  • 10:15am – 10:30pm Opening Welcome, instructions, and Prayer of Occasion to Our Volunteers & Guests

  • 10:30 – 10:55am Placement of all volunteers at stet locations i.e., both on and off campus (i.e., directional team, loading team, data collection team, hospitality team, clean-up team, etc.

  • 11am (Sharp) Start of Feeding Food & Resource Relief Program Initiative (Event) 1pm End of Feeding Food & Resource Relief Program Initiative (Event)

  • 1pm – 2:30pm Clean-up, close-out and Genuine Thank You to All Volunteers, Guests and School Officials for making the day’s event possible & the Overall opportunity to Serve the Students, Families & Communities

  • 2:30pm – 5pm After Action Review (AAR) with the Food4Thought Group and Partners Off-Site.
